Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 14
Claim 1
Independent Claim 54 words
A material for tissue separation at healing processes in injured soft tissue in mammals including man, characterized in that it consists of a porous flexible sheet of a protein-free bioresorbable polymer having a pore size which permits passage of water and salts through the sheet but which locks out cells and other tissue particles.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 54 words
A material for tissue separation at healing processes in injured soft tissue in mammals including man, characterized in that it consists of a porous flexible sheet of a protein-free bioresorbable polymer having a pore size which permits passage of water and salts through the sheet but which locks out cells and other tissue particles.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 20 words
A material according to claim 1, characterized in that the pore size is up to 30 µm, preferentially 0.1-10 µm.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 22 words
A material according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it the thickness of the sheet is about 10 µm-1 mm.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 23 words
A material according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is adapted for healing of internal soft tissue.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 17 words
A material according to claim 4, characterized in that it is adapted to separate an injured muscle.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 19 words
A material according to claim 4, characterized in that it is adapted to replace a part of the pericardium.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 23 words
A process for preparing a material according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in preparing a sheet by non-woven technique.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 24 words
A process for preparing a material according to one or more of claims 1-6, characterized in preparing a sheet by precipitation of the polymer.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 22 words
A process for preparing a material according to one or more of claims 1-6, characterized in perforating a sheet by laser technique.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 49 words
Use of a protein-free bioresorbable polymer for preparing a porous flexible sheet for tissue separation at healing processes in injured soft tissue in mammals including man, said sheet having a pore size which permits passage of water and salts therethrough but which locks out cells and other tissue particles.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 49 words
Use of a protein-free bioresorbable polymer for preparing a porous flexible sheet for tissue separation at healing processes in injured soft tissue in mammals including man, said sheet having a pore size which permits passage of water and salts therethrough but which locks out cells and other tissue particles.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 27 words
Use of a material according to one or more of claims 1-6 for tissue separation at the healing process in injured soft tissue in mammals including man.
Claim 14
Independent Claim 35 words
A method for improving the healing process in injured soft tissue in mammals including man, whereby a material according to one or more of claims 1-6 is used for separation of the injured soft tissue.
