Shower cubicle
Abstract
Abstract A shower cubicle consists of a wall (2, 3, 4) surrounding the shower region (1). Formed in the wall (3, 4) is a vertical hollow column which is open over a region of approximately 90 to 120 DEG of its circumference to form an inlet and an outlet, one of the wall edges bounding the opening in the hollow column being extended in such a way that it moves constantly further away from the centre of the hollow column in the course of the extension until its outer end overlaps the respective other wall edge. By this means, closure elements as a guard against sprayed water on doors or the like can be omitted in the inlet and the outlet. <IMAGE>
