Abstract
Abstract Over the area of the outer shell (1), in which through-openings (6) are provided, the plastic cup element (11) is covered with a metal separating layer (15). By means of this separating layer (15), a cold flow of the plastic from the cup element (11) into the through-openings (6) is prevented; in addition, medically undesirable direct contacts, over large areas, between bone tissue and the plastic are avoided. <IMAGE>
