Method and device for mounting a multiplicity of light-guides in a clamping fixture
Abstract
The invention relates to a method for introducing a plurality of optical waveguides (LWL) (3) into a clamping clamp (2), between the clamping jaws (5, 6) of which the optical waveguides are clamped next to one another in one plane. An easy-to-use method, which ensures that the relative position of the individual optical fibers is maintained in the following work processes, results from the fact that the clamping device is placed in a fixed position on a housing body between two sorting forks of the sorting device by means of form-locking elements in such a way that insertion channels of the sorting forks with a receiving channel ( 1) the clamp is aligned so that the fiber optics are then inserted into the sorting forks and the receiving channel, which is initially expanded by loosening its clamping jaws (5, 6), that the optical fibers are then pressed against one another by means of a slide film inserted into the threading channels and / or the receiving channel, that the clamping of the clamping jaws then takes place and finally the clamping clamp (2) together with the inserted optical fiber is removed from the sorting device.
