Abstract

Abstract An automatic control device for the gearshift of industrial vehicles, in particular of the type suitable for automatically controlling a two-speed gearshift with engagement under torque actuated by a hydraulic motor. In order to avoid undesirable rapid decelerations of the vehicle while shifting from the second to the first gear, an element (35) for delaying the engagement of the related gear is inserted between the electronic control system (6), generating the activation pulses for the solenoids (K1, K2) which actuate the engagement of the clutches related to the two gears, and at least the control solenoid (K1) of the first gear. The delay is preferably preset according to the characteristics of the vehicle and of the gearshift.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 136 words
An automatic control device for the gearshift of industrial vehicles, comprising an actuation motor (1), a transmission (2) connected at the input (10) to said motor and at the output (14) to the input shaft (15) of a gearshift (3) actuated by at least two electromagnetic elements (K1, K2) controlling alternate engagement of at least one first and one second gear of the gearshift and being alternately activated by an electronic control device (6) through an appropriate engagement signal, characterized in that a delay element (35) is provided between said electronic control device (6) and at least the electromagnetic actuation element (K1) of the first gear, said delay element causing actuation of said electromagnetic actuation element of the first gear with a preset delay with respect to the engagement signal generated by said electronic control device.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 136 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 33 words
A device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a second delay element (36) arranged between said electronic control device (6) and the electromagnetic actuation element (K2) controlling the second gear.
Claim 4
Independent Claim 20 words
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said delay element (35, 36) is a timer.
Claim 5
Independent Claim 18 words
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said timer (35, 36) is variable.
