A l'intérieur du boîtier, une cloison (24) délimite un canal de dépression (26) en communication avec une cheminée d'aspiration (2). Le canal (26) comporte une partie supérieure large (27) en forme de croissant qui est prolongée à ses deux extrémités par une branche étroite (28,30). A la partie supérieure de la branche descendante (30), en considérant le sens de rotation du disque (18), est formée une cavité (32,33) de réception d'un organe (34) amovible permettant d'isoler cette branche de la source de dépression. Le fond du canal est muni d'une prise d'air (38) dont l'ouverture est réglable.
