Abstract
Abstract When cutting with cutting fluids, e.g. liquid oxygen, it has been found that fanning of the cutting-fluid jet occurs. To avoid this, the cutting-fluid jet is surrounded at the outlet from the cutting nozzle with a sheathing-gas flow of the same velocity. <IMAGE>
