Abstract Translated from French Procédé de préparation de dérivés de la baccatine III et de la désacétyl-10 baccatine III de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical acétyle, par condensation d'un acide de formule générale (II) sur un dérivé de la baccatine III ou de la désacétyl-10 baccatine III, R₁, R₂ et R₃ représentant des groupements protecteurs des fonctions hydroxy, suivie du remplacement des groupements protecteurs par un atome d'hydrogène. Process for the preparation of derivatives of baccatin III and of 10-deacetyl baccatin III of general formula (I) in which R represents a hydrogen atom or an acetyl radical, by condensation of an acid of general formula (II) on a derivative of baccatin III or of 10-deacetylbaccatin III, R₁, R₂ and R₃ representing protective groups for the hydroxy functions, followed by the replacement of the protective groups with a hydrogen atom.
