Abstract

Abstract A process for producing a conductive polymer film, which comprises preparing a homogeneous, stable precursor solution containing an aromatic compound such as pyrrole, thiophene, aromatic amine or a derivative thereof, an oxidizing agent and a solvent and not immediately causing polymerization, and casting the precursor solution onto a base material to obtain uniform and touch conductive polymer film upon removal of the solvent by evaporation.
