Abstract Translated from German Pyrrole der allgemeinen Formel <IMAGE> worin R¹, R², R³, R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<7>, X und Y die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bedeutung haben sind verwendbar bei der Behandlung oder Prophylaxe von inflammatorischen, immunologischen, bronchopulmonären oder cardiovaskulären Krankheiten. Sie werden ausgehend von entsprechend substituierten Furanen oder von auf andere Weise substituierten Pyrrolen hergestellt. Pyrroles of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R 1, R 2, R 3, R 4, R 5, R 6, R 7, X and Y have the meaning given in the description and can be used in the treatment or Prophylaxis of inflammatory, immunological, bronchopulmonary or cardiovascular diseases. They are produced starting from appropriately substituted furans or from pyrroles substituted in another way.
