Abstract
Abstract A contacting device (10) for a test device for testing test specimens (25) for freedom from electrical faults, which test specimens in each case exhibit a circuit board, wiring carrier or the like equipped with a plurality of male contact strips (23) and/or female contact strips (24). It exhibits at least one support device (66) which is used for carrying test contacts (33, 47; 59) used for contacting the blades and/or sockets of male and/or female contact strips arranged on a test specimen. The contacting device also exhibits restoring spring means (39). <IMAGE>
