Abstract The invention relates to the technical sector of structural elements and material. The modular panel according to the invention is noteworthy in that each of the corners of the panels has, projecting from its lower face, bearing (1a) and/or locking (1b) angle sections, at least one of which is capable of bearing on the ground and has a coupling component (2) which is shaped in order to permit engagement and centring of the angle sections of the adjacent panels with a view to providing a bi-directional connection. <IMAGE>
