Claim 5
Dependent Claim 49 words
A process as claimed in claim 3 wherein the polymeric monomer comprises an acrylate ester of polystyryl alcohol having a molecular weight in the range of from 4000 to 50,000 or a methacrylate ester of polystyryl alcohol having a molecular weight in the range of from 4000 to 50,000.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 34 words
A process as claimed in any one of the preceding claims wherein the polymeric monomer and/or the polar monomer each comprise at least 5% by weight of the total weight of the dispersion polymer.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 26 words
A process as claimed in any one of the preceding claims wherein the diluent is a polar solvent which is an aliphatic ketone or an alcohol.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 28 words
A process as claimed in any one of the preceding claims wherein free radial polymerization is initiated by a free radical catalyst of the azo or peroxygen type.
Claim 9
