Fuel distribution circuit affording enhanced fuel cooling
Abstract
In a turbojet fuel distribution circuit, provision is made for the derivation of a flow qc of hot fuel taken from a point P2 in the return loop of the regulating valve (10), flow qc which can be mixed by means a mixing device (12) at a flow qf of cold fuel taken at a point Po located downstream of the centrifugal pump (2), in order to allow the return of a flow gr of the lukewarm mixture thus formed directly to the reservoir of the plane. This solution avoids overheating of the HP pump (4) as well as of the fuel used as refrigerant for a heat exchanger (11 ′).
