Abstract Compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> T denotes -S-, -SO- or -SO2-, R<3> denotes hydrogen, alkanoyl, alkylcarbamoyl, alkoxycarbonyl, benzyloxycarbonyl or another physiologically tolerable protective group, R<4> and R<5> represent hydrogen or alkyl, R<6> and R<8> denote hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or a substituent of the formula -O-[CH2]o-CpH(2p+1-q)Halq and R<7> is hydrogen, (substd.) alkyl, (substd.) alkoxy, -O-[CH2]o-CpH(2p+1-q)Halq, NR'R'', alkylmercapto, alkylsulphinyl or alkylsulphonyl, are used as medicaments.
