Abstract
Abstract A sheet material discharging apparatus includes a stopper member (22B) for stopping at least one edge of each of sheet materials (81-84) sequentially discharged to align the discharged sheet materials (81-84) at the edges; a sheet binder (30) actable on a plurality of discharged sheet materials (81-84) overlaid one another with the leading edges aligned by the stopper member (22B) to bind the plurality of the sheet materials (81-84); wherein the stopper member (22B) is effective to stop movement of the sheet materials (81-84) in the direction of sheet discharge (27).
