Abstract
Abstract Improved oral formulations for the administration of erythromycin and its derivatives are provided. An oil solution, suspension or emulsion of the erythromycin or derivative, in combination with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in a soft gelatin capsule provides enhanced oral bioavailability.
