Correction means for correcting the installation of a machine
Abstract
In an adjusting device (8, 15) for correcting the position of a machine (1), in particular a measuring machine, in which a first part (3) can be moved along a predetermined path relative to a second part (5) of the machine by means of a positioning device (2) the machine (1) is held in a predetermined position above a base supporting the actuators (15) by means of resilient actuators (15) of the adjusting device (8, 15) acted upon by actuating signals. In order to allow a higher operating speed with high positioning accuracy of the positioning device (2), it is ensured that the actuating signals for the actuators (15) of the adjusting device (8, 15) for each point of the path of the movable part (3) of the machine (1 ) are predetermined and can be fed to the actuators (15) at a point in time by the amount of the total running time of the actuators and the machine (1) from the point in time at which an actuating signal is supplied until the path point assigned to this actuating signal is reached by the movable part (3) reaching this point.
