Abstract
Abstract The device is provided with a scanning means for detecting the running direction of the conveyor belt 1 and with a control means for changing the running direction of said belt. The scanning means comprises a marker 6 in the surface of the conveyor belt 1 and at least two contactless sensors 7, 8 which are associated with the markers. The sensor 7 is arranged to the left of the markers 6 and connected to a control means in the right-hand control direction, and the other sensor 8 is connected in reverse. <IMAGE>
