Abstract
Abstract In a mobile communication system having a transmitting and receiving unit (10), a control unit (20), and a handset (30) in a mobile station, it is possible to fix a restriction against a use of a specific function of the mobile communication system, or it is possible to change a restriction against a use of a specific function of the mobile communication system after inputting a security code, enabling the use of only one kind of control unit (20) in the handset (30).
