Abstract Translated from French Chaussure de ski constituée d'une partie inférieure et d'une tige (7) articulée sur la partie inférieure en deux points opposés (8, 9) coïncidant avec l'articulation du pied. La partie postérieure de la tige présente une échancrure (15) arrondie permettant un large basculement en arrière. Cette échancrure est de préférence recouverte par un capot (16) en forme d'étrier articulé et relié à la tige (7) par un organe de liaison rigide (19). Ski boot consisting of a lower part and a rod (7) articulated on the lower part at two opposite points (8, 9) coinciding with the articulation of the foot. The rear part of the rod has a rounded notch (15) allowing a wide tilting back. This notch is preferably covered by a cover (16) in the form of an articulated stirrup and connected to the rod (7) by a rigid connecting member (19).
