Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft die Zerstörung pathogener Gewebs­wucherungen, wie beispielsweise Sakome oder Melanome, wobei die krankhaften Zellen mit kolloidalen Metallpartikel mar­kiert werden und anschliessend einer extrakorporalen Appli­kation fokussierter Stosswellen oder einer Ultraschall­applikation ausgesetzt werden. The invention relates to the destruction of pathogenic tissue growths such as, for example, sacomas or melanomas, the pathological cells being marked with colloidal metal particles and then being subjected to an extracorporeal application of focused shock waves or an ultrasound application.
