Adducts of ketonic compounds with the anions of oxygenated acids, process for their preparation, their use and azo ketonic compounds
Abstract
Keto compounds in which at least one strongly electron-withdrawing substituent is bonded to the carbon atom in the vicinity of the keto group and / or in which a π-electron system is conjugated to the carbon-oxygen double bond of the keto group have the ability to selectively interact with the anions of oxa acids to interact, forming adducts, chelates or complexes. If the keto group in the corresponding keto compounds is part of a chromophore, a shift in the absorption in the visible or ultraviolet light range occurs when the adduct is formed with the anions of the oxa acids. The corresponding keto compounds can be used to detect the anions of the oxa acids, for example as an ion-sensitive component of an ion-sensitive part or as color indicators.
