Le bloc de connexion possède en outre une face 21, inclinée par rapport à la face (20) du bloc de connexion, permettant d'éclairer la face (20) du bloc de connexion et d'observer l'image des franges d'interférences renvoyée par l'interface situé entre le bloc de connexion et le circuit optique intégré. Selon le procédé de l'invention, le bloc de connexion est mis en position par observation de l'image précédente et l'on effectue ensuite le collage.
