Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft ein therapeutisches System für die trans­dermale oder topische Applikation enthaltend eine geschlossene und für die Bestandteile der Wirkstofformulierung undurchlässige Deckschicht (11); ein Wirkstoffreservoir (2), ein Reservoir (3) mit einem Aktivierungsmittel, eine für die Komponenten des Wirkstoffreservoirs und des Reservoirs mit dem Aktivierungsmittel undurchlässige Trennschicht (4) und eine abziehbare Schutzschicht (9ʹ). Die undurchlässige Trennschicht wird durch Einwirken des Benutzers zum Bersten ge­bracht, wobei das Aktivierungsmittel auf die Komponenten des Wirkstoffreservoirs einwirkt und dabei die Wirkstoffabgabe startet oder die Abgabegeschwindigkeit beschleunigt.
