Abstract
Abstract The aqueous binder compositions are based on an oxidatively crosslinking polybutadiene binder which is water-thinnable due to built-in carboxyl groups and on a water-insoluble phenolic resin. They are useful for the anticorrosion priming of metallic and non-metallic articles.
