Abstract The device makes use of an autonomous fitment similar to a bra, of which the two cups are (or are capable of receiving) removable and preformed multicellular mammary ortheses. The cells of the mammary ortheses are filled with a fluid having a high latent heat of congelation. The bra is intended to be worn at least once a day for a short period. <IMAGE>
