Abstract

A two-tube shock absorber is proposed which has a liquid circulation which always keeps its direction. In particular when using an electrorheological fluid, this ensures that the fluid does not separate. A single throttle point (14, 34) in the system determines the throttle characteristic of the shock absorber (1, 21).
