Aqueous coating composition, process for its preparation and its use

Abstract Translated from German Beschrieben wird ein wäßriges Überzugsmittel, das als Bindemittel ein Gemisch aus A) 50 bis 95 Gew.-% eines Reaktionsproduktes aus einem carboxyfunktionellen Polykondensat mit Epoxygruppen, mindestens einem copolymerisierbaren α,β-olefinisch ungesättigten Monomeren und üblichen Hilfsstoffen, und B) 50 bis 5 Gew.-% einer Polyurethandispersion, gegebenenfalls zusammen mit einem Anreibeharz, enthält. Beschrieben wird auch das Verfahren zur Herstellung des wäßrigen Überzugsmittels, sowie seine Verwendung zur Erzielung von Überzügen. An aqueous coating agent is described which contains a mixture of A) 50 to 95% by weight of a reaction product of a carboxy-functional polycondensate with epoxy groups, at least one copolymerizable α, β-olefinically unsaturated monomer and conventional auxiliaries, and B) 50 to 5 % By weight of a polyurethane dispersion, optionally together with a grinding resin. The process for the preparation of the aqueous coating composition and its use for obtaining coatings are also described.
