Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Ausbilden von einer Schicht einer Fläche eines Substrats durch plasmachemischen Prozeß vorgeschlagen. Dabei wird die Fläche parallel zu dem elektrischen Feld ausgerichtet, das für den plasmachemischen Prozeß erforderlich ist. Ferner strömt das hierzu benötigte Gas unmittelbar auf die Fläche. A method and an apparatus for forming a layer of a surface of a substrate by means of a plasma chemical process are proposed. The surface is aligned parallel to the electrical field required for the plasma chemical process. Furthermore, the gas required for this flows directly onto the surface.
