Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 90 words
A microwave data transmission apparatus having a interrogator provided with a transmitting means for transmitting microwave signals having a modulation period and a non-modulation period, and a receiving means for receiving microwave signals, and an identification tag provided with a transmitting means for detecting the microwave signals sent from said interrogator to give the modulation based on the data of the memory portion with respect to the carrier wave during the non-modulation period of the microwave signals to transmit the microwave signals after said modulation with respect to said interrogator.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 90 words
A microwave data transmission apparatus having a interrogator provided with a transmitting means for transmitting microwave signals having a modulation period and a non-modulation period, and a receiving means for receiving microwave signals, and an identification tag provided with a transmitting means for detecting the microwave signals sent from said interrogator to give the modulation based on the data of the memory portion with respect to the carrier wave during the non-modulation period of the microwave signals to transmit the microwave signals after said modulation with respect to said interrogator.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 117 words
A microwave transmission apparatus having a interrogator provided with a transmitting means for transmitting microwave signals having in time series comparison the period of the mutually different first and second polarized-wave directions, and a receiving means for receiving the microwave signals of the second polarized-wave direction, and an identification tag provided with a transmitting means for detecting the microwave signal of a first polarized-wave direction fed from said interrogator to give modulation based on the data of the memory portion with respect to the carrier wave during the non-modulation period of the microwave signal of a second polarized-wave direction to transmit the microwave signal of the second polarized-wave direction after the modulation with respect to said interrogator.
Claim 4
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 39 words
The microwave data transmission apparatus in accordance with Claim 1, wherein the circularly polarized wave of the same turning direction or the circularly polarized wave of two different turning directions is used between a interrogator and an identification tag.
