Method and device for making an ear impression and transforming the ear impression into a ear mould

Abstract Translated from German Mittels eines hohlen Stempels (1) mit Überschale (8) und einer auf einen proximalen Stutzen des Stempels gezogenen Kappe (10) wird direkt im Gehörgang, der mit Ohrabdruckmaterial gefüllt ist, ein Ohrabdruck gewonnen. Verdrängtes Ohrabdruckmaterial fließt dabei durch einen Kanal in der Kappe in den hohlen Innenraum des Stempels. Aus dem Ohrabdruck (15) zusammen mit einem angeschraubten Fixierkreuz (16) wird ein Negativ hergestellt, das Eindrücke der Spitzen (17) des Fixiersterns beinhaltet. Aus dem Negativ kann dann nach Eingießen von Otoplastik-Material und Repositionierung eines Fixierkreuzes mit Stempel, Überschale und Kappe, in den Fixiermulden eine fertige Otoplatik hergestellt werden.
