Abstract Translated from German Bei einem Verfahren zur Ansteuerung eines Einspritz­ventils für eine Brennkraftmaschine, wobei eine Mag­netspule des Einspritzventils mit einem Spannungsim­puls beaufschlagt wird, fließt durch die Magnetspule vor dem Spannungsimpuls ein geringerer Strom, als zum Öffnen des Einspritzventils erforderlich ist. Dazu wird vorzugsweise der Magnetspule vor dem Anle­gen des Spannungsimpulses eine pulsierende Spannung zugeführt. In a method for controlling an injection valve for an internal combustion engine, wherein a voltage pulse is applied to a solenoid coil of the injection valve, a lower current flows through the solenoid coil before the voltage pulse than is required to open the injection valve. For this purpose, a pulsating voltage is preferably supplied to the magnetic coil before the voltage pulse is applied.
