Abstract The present invention comprises a switching circuit which converts direct current electric power into a pulse, and an insulated transformer (T s ) which includes a primary coil (Np) for loading a generated pulse, and coils (N s1 , N om , N s2 ) for direct and alternating current outputs which provided on the secondary coil side of the transformer, an impedance (Z) circuit for controlling current and connected with a said secondary coil (N s2 ) for alternating the coil output, a control circuit which controls a switching circuit (Q1) so that the output voltage of the coil(s) for the direct current output is constant, a fluorescent lamp (Re) connected with the coil for alternating the current output and it has a simple circuit structure with a small number of parts and can reduce manufacturing costs because it can obtain the alternating current output without secondary switching.
(1) A stabilized electric power apparatus, comprising; a switching circuit for converting the direct current power into pulse by switching, an insular trans (T S ) provided with a primary coil (Np) for developing the generated pulse, coils (N s1 , N sm , N s2 ) for direct and alternating current outputs provided with a secondary coil side of said insular trans, an impedance (Z) for controlling the current connected with said coil for alternating current output, a control circuit for controlling said switching circuit so that the output voltage of said direct current output to be constant, a fluorescent lamp (Rℓ) connected with said alternating current output.

(4) A stabilised electrical power apparatus comprising a switching circuit (Ql) for converting a direct current input to a pulsed output a transformer having a primary coil (N ) for receiving the pulsed output and secondary coils (N s1 , N s2 ) for providing direct and alternating current outputs an impedance (Z) for controlling the current output from the alternating current secondary coil (N s2 ) and a control circuit (Ra, Rb, Al, R, PC, PwM, OSC, DR) for controlling the switching circuit so that the output voltage of the direct current secondary coil (N s1 ) is controlled to be constant.
