Die Meßeinrichtung stellt die Phasenabweichung der von dem Oszillator (1) erzeugten Taktimpulse zu externen Taktimpulsen unterschiedlicher Frequenz fest. Als Steuereinrichtung dient insbesondere ein Mikroprozessor bzw. Mikrocomputer (6). A measuring device (2, 3, 4) and a control device (6, 7) controlled by this are provided for synchronizing a voltage-controlled oscillator (1). The measuring device determines the phase deviation of the clock pulses generated by the oscillator (1) from external clock pulses of different frequencies.
