Abstract Translated from French Pour fabriquer des boudins décorés de produits pâteux, on extrude en continu une matière pâteuse à partir d'une buse (7) solidaire d'un support mobile (5) placé au dessus d'un tapis transporteur en translation continue (9). To make sausages decorated with pasty products, a pasty material is continuously extruded from a nozzle (7) secured to a movable support (5) placed above a conveyor belt in continuous translation (9). Les mouvements relatifs de la buse (7) et du tapis transpor­teur (9) sont tels qu'on forme sur ce dernier un boudin continu régulièrement enroulé. The relative movements of the nozzle (7) and the conveyor belt (9) are such that a continuous, regularly wound coil is formed on the latter.
