Abstract
Abstract Production of a carbon article impermeable for fluids. A laminated body is formed from a plurality of layers of a carbon composition containing a binder and a flexible graphite film, the laminated body is compressed and a fused bond is established between neighbouring layers by pyrolysis of the binder. <IMAGE>
