Abstract
Abstract The present invention relates to a ski boot with a foot securing device (1) which comprises a shell (2) to which at least one quarter (3, 4) is associated. The peculiarity of the invention resides in the fact that it comprises at least one securing tension element (10) which extends, at least partially, within the shell (2) and is connected to traction members (15a, 20-22, 24, 25) adapted for varying the useful length of the tension element (10) inside the shell (2), and being activatable by the oscillation of the quarter (3, 4) with respect to the shell (2) and provided with a locking apparatus (26, 27) for the operative uncoupling of the lever (20) from the oscillation of the quarter (3, 4). Removable locking members (30-32a, 34, 35) are furthermore provided for slackening the tension element (10).

Ski boot with a foot securing device, comprising a shell (2), wherewith is associated at least one quarter (3), characterized in that it comprises a tension element (10), adapted for securing the foot inside said shell (2) and being connected to traction means (20), adapted for varying the useful length of said tension element (10) inside said shell (2) and for being activated by the oscillation of said at least one quarter (3) with respect to said shell (2), and being provided with a locking element (27), adapted for effecting operative uncoupling of said traction means (20) from the oscillation of said at least one quarter, means (30) being furthermore provided for releasably locking the slackening of said tension element (10).

Ski boot, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said locking tension element (10) is attached to a fixed point (11) on the lateral internal surface of said shell (2), extends substantially transversely above a presser (5) arranged inside said shell (2), protrudes from said shell (2) by means of a first hole (12) arranged laterally, engages rearwardly with a rear tab (6) defined by said shell (2), externally to said shell (2) said tension element (10) having a toothed strip (15) slideably positioned in the front portion of said shell (2).

Ski boot, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said traction means comprise a lever (20), pivotably coupled in a middle portion thereof to a small base (22) fixed to said at least one quarter (3), said lever (20) being provided with an engagement end having saw-like teeth (25), said saw-like teeth having an abutment protrusion (25a) directed towards the front portion of the boot (1) and opposed to the abutment protrusion (15a) of the teeth of said toothed strip (15) directed towards the rear part of the boot (1), elastic means being furthermore provided to engage said saw-like teeth of said end of said lever (20) with said toothed strip (15).

Ski boot, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said means for releasably locking the slackening of said cable are composed of a small block (30) fixed to the front part of said shell (2) and comprising a locking lever (31), pivoted in a middle portion thereof and having a locking end (32), provided with locking teeth in the shape of saw-like teeth, and an abutment protrusion (32a) directed towards the front part of said boot (1), elastic means being furthermore provided to keep said locking end (32) elastically engaged with said toothed strip (15).
