Compact detergents
Abstract
2 - 10 Gew.-% Elektrolyte; ggf. In the compact products for use as detergents for machine dishwashing, cleaning-effective enamel compositions are combined with tablets or tablets with enamel compositions of different cold water solubility. Recipes: a) Cold water-soluble melt for the pre-rinse cycle: 30 - 80% by weight sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, 10 - 50% by weight sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, 10 - 58% by weight anhydrous sodium metasilicate and possibly 2 - 10% by weight electrolytes; optionally 1-5% by weight of low-foaming nonionic surfactants; b) Cold water-soluble tablet mass: It contains alkali metasilicate nonahydrate and pentaalkali phosphate with a crystal water content of or 15-18% by weight in a weight ratio of 0.35: 1 to 1: 1, based on anhydrous substances; optionally 1-5% by weight of low-foaming nonionic surfactants; c) Cleaning melt, soluble with increasing water temperature: 5 - 45% by weight of anhydrous pentasodium triphosphate and 10 - 50% by weight of sodium metasilicate in a weight ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.7, 0.2 - 4% by weight of active chlorine compounds; d) Hot water-soluble tablet mass contains alkali metasilicate and pentaalkali phosphate in a weight ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.7 with preferred use of anhydrous alkali metasilicate with a grain size below 0.8 mm, or a mixture of anhydrous metasilicate and the nonahydrate in a weight ratio of maximum 1.2: 1, and 0.5 - 2 wt .-% active chlorine-releasing compounds.
