Electric motor, in particular an external-rotor motor with permanent-field magnets
Abstract
A circuit board (6), which is held on its rear side on a radial motor mounting flange (22), is arranged in front of the one stator end face. The circuit board (6) is equipped with conductor tracks on the front and rear; Hall transducers (15), which are influenced by the speed of rotation and are influenced by rotor magnets (81), are held on the front and inserted with connecting pins to the rear of the printed circuit board (6) and soldered there. A ribbon cable fed from the outside is in a first cable part (12), which is pushed through from the front, with supply and signal voltage lines for the Hall converters (15) and a cable part (13), which is pushed through from the back to the front, with winding feed lines for the stator coil winding ends (14 ) which are also inserted from the back to the front of the printed circuit board (6) and can therefore be soldered to the freely accessible front side when the printed circuit board (6) is already installed. These measures make a circuit board with complex "through-plating" unnecessary.
