Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Buch und besteht darin, daß sein Rücken eine von einer geraden Umrißlinieabweichende Form aufweist, daß Befestingungselemente (3) für Deckel (1) und Buchblätter (2) innerhalb des Buchrandes (4) angeordnet sind und daß zumindest der Deckel (1) auf der dem Rand (4) abgelegenen Seite der Befestigungselemente (3) einen geraden Biegefalz (5) aufweist. Dadurch kann das Buch die Form eines auf eine Ebene projizierten Kinderspielzeuges (Ball, Puppe, Stofftier, Auto o. dgl.) aufweisen. The invention relates to a book and consists in that its back has a shape deviating from a straight outline, that fastening elements (3) for cover (1) and book pages (2) are arranged inside the book edge (4) and that at least the cover (1) has a straight bending fold (5) on the side of the fastening elements (3) remote from the edge (4). As a result, the book can be in the form of a children's toy projected onto a plane (ball, doll, soft toy, car or the like).
