Abstract

Abstract sole for the realization of therapeutic, sport and free time shoes, comprising an air tube provided between an upper layer (2) and a lower layer (3) for the presence of distancing elements of elastic kind. like small full or hollow pistons (1), of equal or different diameters and, eventually, out of materials having a different resistance so as to allow, in the space movement of the load from the heel to the heads of the metatarsi, a gradual adaptation to the resting according to the needs immediately expressed by the foot, maintaining the harmony between the agonist and the anthagonist muscles. In a variant, said small pistons (1) may be replaced by elastic bands (6) out of rubber, para rubber, plastic materials and similar.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 11
Claim 1
Independent Claim 82 words
A sole for therapeutic, sport and free time shoes, comp- ' rising an air tube with elastic distancing elements, characterized in a distribution of cylindrical small pistons (1) for maintaining separated an upper layer (2) for the resting of the foot and a lower layer (3), that is the bottom or the tread, wherein the circular base surfaces are fixed thereto by construction or by sticking or similar so as to realize an air tube elastically deformable according to the transmitted stress.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 82 words
A sole for therapeutic, sport and free time shoes, comp- ' rising an air tube with elastic distancing elements, characterized in a distribution of cylindrical small pistons (1) for maintaining separated an upper layer (2) for the resting of the foot and a lower layer (3), that is the bottom or the tread, wherein the circular base surfaces are fixed thereto by construction or by sticking or similar so as to realize an air tube elastically deformable according to the transmitted stress.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 37 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in the presence of the lateral holes (4) for the circulation of the air inside the air tube, realized between layers (2) and (3) and small pistons (1).
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 23 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in the presence of small elastic pistons (1) with full or hollow structure. t
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 28 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in the presence of holes or openings in the body of small pistons (1) for the inner air circulation.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 20 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in that the small pistons (1) have all the same diameter.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 35 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameter and the consistence of small pistons (1) are differenced according to the different support needs in the different parts of the foot.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 39 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in the presence, nearby the heel, of small pistons in a concentrated disposition (5), whereby said small pistons allow the heel to remain on axis through the centralized elasticity thereof.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 31 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in bands (6) that will replace small pistons (1) for the realization of the air tube between the layers (2) and (3).
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 63 words
A sole for shoes according to claims 1 to 8, characterized in separation baffles for the formation of separated elastic tubes with small pistons (1) and/or bands (6), with one or more aeration holes (4) for each tube, whereby said holes may be also used for the immission of expanded material or PVC or siliconic materials, in those points suggested by the orthopaedist.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 49 words
A sole for shoes according to claim 1, characterized in that the air tube is realized by means of a small sole provided with distancing elements, that may be inserted, when it is needed, into a hollow shoe and therein cold-sticked to the inner upper part of the tread.
