Fuel injection nozzle with an enlarged screen for the combustion chamber of a gas turbine
Abstract
The invention relates to the supply of fuel and primary air to a combustion chamber, in particular for turbomachinery. The subject of the invention is an injection device with an intermediate bowl interposed between the injector and a cup at the bottom of the chamber and comprising an intermediate chamber for impact cooling, the downstream web of the bowl comprising air outlet orifices for spraying of fuel regularly distributed over a circle with a diameter greater than that of the cup, which makes it possible to increase the reactive volume at the bottom of the chamber, thus improving the idling operation and the cooling of the bowl.
