Abstract Translated from German Ein Elektronenstrahl-Aufzeichnungsträger mit einer auf einer Unterlage aufgebrachten, für Elektronenstrahlung (2) empfindlichen Schicht (4), die einen organischen Seltenerdmetall-Leuchtstoff aufweist, eignet sich zum irreversiblen Einschreiben von Informationen mit Elektronenstrahlen (2) niedriger Intensität. An electron beam recording medium with a layer (4) which is applied to a base and is sensitive to electron radiation (2) and which has an organic rare earth metal phosphor is suitable for irreversibly writing information with low intensity electron beams (2).
