Abstract

The invention relates to a fine insert for furnaces, in particular heating boilers, which (tubular insert) is tubular and is made of ceramic. The annealing insert consists of at least two pipe sections, each of which is open at both ends, of which each pipe section has a first end with a larger cross section and a second end with a smaller cross section. At least one pipe section extends with its second end into the first end of a neighboring pipe section in such a way that at least one ring-like gap is formed between the overlapping or interlocking pipe sections. At least at the second end of a pipe section projecting into an adjacent pipe section, the circumferential wall of this pipe section is pulled inwards at at least three regions offset about the longitudinal axis of the pipe section in such a way that on the outer surface of the circumferential wall of the pipe section open towards this outer surface and towards the second ends and in cross-section approximately V-shaped channels, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the pipe section and whose depth increases towards the second end, and in the interior of the pipe section from the peripheral wall inwardly projecting lugs are formed with a height to be added to the second end of the pipe section. Furthermore, the invention also relates to an oven using the aforementioned annealing insert.
