Abstract

Abstract A perforated covering structure (5) is described for hygienic-sanitary products, such as sanitary towels for women, comprising an upper layer (10) constituted by a non-woven textile of fibres of hydrophobic material an intermediate layer (11) or core constituted by a film of hydrophobic material, and a lower layer (12) also constituted by a non-woven textile of fibres of hydrophobic material The covering structure (5) is applied in direct contact with that face of the absorbent core of the product which is intended to face the body of the user in use.
