Claims Analysis
Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim
28 words
An electrodeposited copper foil obtained by electrolyzing a copper ion-containing electrolyte at least 60 -vol.% of which is treated with activated carbon within 20 minutes before said electrolyzing.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
28 words
An electrodeposited copper foil obtained by electrolyzing a copper ion-containing electrolyte at least 60 -vol.% of which is treated with activated carbon within 20 minutes before said electrolyzing.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim
54 words
An electrodeposited copper foil according to claim 1, wherein the electrolyte comprises 50-100 g/t of copper ion and a member selected from the group consisting of 80-180 g/t of sulfuric acid, 5-50 g/t of hydrochloric acid, 200-500 g/t of a pyrophosphate, and a borofluoride in an amount corresponding to a pH value of 0.1-2.0.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
49 words
An electrodeposited copper foil according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the electrolyzing is carried out at an electrolyte temperature of 40-60°C, and a current density of 30-120 A/dm 2 , using the electrolyte a portion of which is treated with activated carbon at a velocity of 5-100 cm/sec.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim
23 words
An electrodeposited copper foil according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the copper ion is derived from cupric sulfate or cupric chloride.
