Abstract
Abstract Supply comprising a single and common charger/inverter circuit (6) operating as a charger when the supply is in the normal state, connected to the network (1), and as an inverter when the supply is in the backup state and the network is defective, consisting essentially of a reversible-action PUSH-PULL chopper circuit with amplitude-width modulation with high-frequency chopping, in particular of the order of 25 kHz. Such a supply is compact and cheap. Application to mini or microcomputing, security devices, medical equipment, laboratories, automation, etc. <IMAGE>
