Abstract
Abstract The apparatus comprises an afocal expander system formed by two deformable mirrors (14, 26), one (14) of which is movable along the optical axis linking the two mirrors. Two collecting mirrors (28, 30) form an alignment test for regulating the expansion of the beam and the centring of the axis such that the beam (12) obtained always has the same dimension and is always centred despite variations in the input beam (10). Application for regulating power laser beams. <IMAGE>
