Abstract Translated from German @ Es wird eine flexible Leiterfolie verwendet, auf welche die Schaltung aufgeätzt ist. Nach dem Bestücken dieser Leiterfolie mit elektronischen Bauelementen wird die Leiterfolie an vorbestimmten Faltkanten zur Anpassung an die Geräteform zusammengefaltet. Diese Schaltungseinheit wird zur Bildung des Gehäusekörpers mit einem plastisch aufbringbaren, aushärtenden Kunststoff umhült. Der Gehäusekörper ist hierbei so in Gehäuseteilstücken unterteilt, daß sich die Gehäuseteilstücke beim Falten der Leiterfolie zu dem geschlossenen Gehäusekörper ineinanderfügen lassen. Hierbei werden die Gehäuseteilstücke als Einzelkunststoffformteile auf die Faltabschnitte der ebenen, noch ungefalteten, aber bestückten Leiterfolie aufgebracht, wodurch sich (vor dem Falten) für die einzelnen Faltabschnitte Klappstücke ergeben, welche die Bauelemente und die Lötung schützen und die Folie selbst für das Ineinanderklappen stabilisieren. @ A flexible conductor foil is used, on which the circuit is etched.
